Bury Market, Hand Signed Fine Art Print by E. Anthony Orme
I have painted a good many scenes of Bury market over the years and this painting shows a typical scene on a Saturday afternoon with various stalls and the popular cafe “The Coffee Pot” on the left hand side. It is fairly close to the exit from the flea market at the rear of the viewer. If you were to walk a little further on bearing to the left, you would soon come up to the subject of my next painting, which is the ‘The Old Roundabout’.

ArtSure Number - Print on canvas AS959Bury Collection - Having spent the last 50 years living in and around the Bury area, I have, like many other people, seen vast changes in the landscape of this lovely town. It has been my greatest pleasure over the years to study, paint and sketch the people, monuments and important buildings of Bury town.
