" 'Continental Colours 1' can be paired up with 'Continental Colours 2' -  Although the scenes are actual places on the Côte d'Azur, I have decided to give them a psychedelic feel. As you will see, the colours are bright and somewhat surreal. The blocks of juxtapositioned colours give the feel of a screen printed method, yet show just the right amount of detail to create extra interest. You can be forgiven for thinking that I had a lovely bottle of red wine to hand whilst working on these scenes."
