“ Evening In Venice ” shows a couple on The Grand Canal who have perhaps just rendezvoused after a day in the office. The warm evening light lures us in to this unfolding story. The gondolas are put to bed for the evening and apart from our couple in the foreground, the whole scene is void of people.
